Returns and cancellations

You have the right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel your order at any time before delivery of the items(s) or within 7 working days of receipt of the item(s) by following our returns process.
You will be responsible for the return delivery cost unless the item is found to be damaged or faulty.

We really hope you will be entirely happy with your purchase from our website.  However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or would like to exchange an item for any reason, this can be done within 14 days of the date of dispatch, at your cost.
All items must be returned new, unworn and in unused condition with original garment tags still attached.  We will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used and/or garment tags have been removed.
Sale items, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.
Before returning your item, please email eve@trendylittleangels.co.uk to obtain a returns authorization code and details of the return address.
If the item is faulty, we will refund you the price of the item plus the postage costs to return it.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
Trendy Little Angels does not take responsibility for items lost in transit so we strongly recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting from your Post Office.
Once we have received the returned item we will issue a refund, send a replacement or exchange it.
We will refund the card used to make the original order.
We can, of course, accept returns in person to our shop.  Please bring along your receipt.
